Sample Room Incharge

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sample Room Incharge to manage and oversee our apparel sample development process end-to-end. You’ll coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality sample deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily workflow of the sample room and oversee the sampling team
• Liaise with designers and merchandisers to understand sample requirements
• Ensure timely development and dispatch of proto, fit, and PP samples
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, trims, and sample stock
• Track sample progress and troubleshoot delays or issues
• Maintain records of sample approvals, feedback, and modifications
• Supervise tailoring, finishing, and quality check processes

Requirements:

• 4-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in export or fashion houses
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel or sampling management tools is a plus
