Youll be the voice of the brand across chat, email, calls, and social ensuring every customer has a smooth and delightful experience.

What youll do:

• Respond to customer queries on chat, email, calls, and social DMs
• Troubleshoot issues, follow up, and ensure resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve more complex cases
• Track recurring feedback and flag patterns
• Maintain clear documentation of conversations and resolutions

Who this is for:

• 12 years of experience in a customer support role (preferred)
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Fast, clear typing (80 wpm+)
• Calm, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Based in Bangalore or willing to work from our office
