Salon Manager

Solastaa Salon, an upscale beauty and wellness salon in Electronic City, Bangalore, is looking for an experienced and proactive Salon Manager to oversee our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

Utilize Zenoti CRM for managing salon activities, including bookings, scheduling, and customer relations.

Understand the range of salon services provided and be capable of upselling these to clients.

Conduct client consultations, ensuring their needs are comprehensively understood and met.

Run the salon independently, demonstrating excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Develop innovative sales strategies, including local tie-ups and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Set performance targets for the team and devise strategies to ensure these targets are met.

Maintain regular communication with the head office, providing necessary reports and updates.

Conduct thorough consumption and retail audits to maintain quality standards and inventory accuracy.

Manage inventory, ensuring necessary items are ordered, received, and updated in the system.

Generate innovative ideas and strategies for achieving business targets.

Conduct daily morning and afternoon team meetings, and weekly meetings to discuss targets, daily activities, and overall salon performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salon Manager or a similar role in the beauty and wellness industry.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Proficient in using Zenoti CRM or similar salon management software.

In-depth knowledge of salon services, with the ability to educate and upsell to clients.

Proven experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Strong understanding of cash management and financial reporting.

Ability to set, monitor, and achieve targets.

Proficient in conducting retail audits and managing inventory.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Relevant degree or certification in Management or a related field is preferred.
