Naturals is India’s No.1 hair and beauty salon brand with over 900+ salons across the country. We are excited to launch our branch in Mananthavady and are looking for a passionate and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Summary:

The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand standards of Naturals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
• Supervise and motivate the salon team to achieve service excellence and sales targets.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained throughout the salon.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews for staff.
• Maintain stock levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Track salon performance metrics (appointments, revenue, customer feedback) and report to the franchise owner or area manager.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and local promotions to increase footfall.
• Ensure all services delivered align with Naturals’ brand standards and protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of beauty products, services, and current trends.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic knowledge of billing software and POS systems.
• Diploma or certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives
