We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client service. Manage and motivate staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff. Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards. Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service and client care. Manage stock levels, product orders, and vendor relationships. Monitor financial performance, prepare sales reports, and meet business goals. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain a positive brand image. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in salon management or supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of salon services, beauty products, and industry trends. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
