Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Salon Manager. The Salon Manager will be responsible for managing daily salon operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, overseeing staff performance and development, and driving sales and profitability. Key tasks include staff scheduling, inventory management, hiring and training new employees, creating promotional strategies, and maintaining salon cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Cosmetology and Hair Care
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Strong Hiring and staff management skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cosmetology, or related field preferred
