Key Responsibilities Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Build and maintain strong client relationships — ensure every guest has an excellent experience. Manage, motivate, and support the salon team to achieve monthly targets. Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service feedback effectively. Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintain a clean, organized salon environment. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote salon offers and campaigns. Ensure customer satisfaction, staff discipline, and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For Basic understanding of salon operations or willingness to learn quickly. Fresher or experienced — both are welcome, as long as you’re eager to take ownership and grow. Responsible and self-driven individual with a positive, professional attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining harmony and productivity. Strong customer service mindset — you enjoy making clients happy.
