Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at Dr. Hair, located in Chennai. The Salon Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and lead staff to deliver exceptional salon experiences. Responsibilities include managing salon resources, scheduling appointments, training and supervising staff, ensuring adherence to standards, maintaining a welcoming environment, and building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and skills in cosmetology, hair care, and beauty industry trends
• Strong communication and customer service skills to provide an exceptional client experience and resolve queries effectively
• Proven experience in hiring, training, and managing salon staff
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in cosmetology or salon management is preferred
• Experience working in or managing a salon in a similar role is a plus
