Sourcing Manager -

• Responsible for ensuring client has a strong brand recall with all channel partners

• Responsible for generating revenue through channel partners. At least 25% of revenue sales for each project to be generated through CPs.

• Increase the current channel partner base by presenting our project portfolio to new partners and registering them in ERP System. Increase the channel partner base by 25% i.e. add 25% to the existing base during the year.

• Manage relationships with existing channel partners

• Present a monthly training calendar for all channel partners and ensure we train them every month

• Present a channel partner program with rewards, incentives and recognitions. Roll out a channel partner scheme once every quarter

• Ensure we update partners proactively on the registrations and process their bills on time

• Manage the channel partner database by updating it fortnightly. It should have the RERA numbers, the correct email ids, the contact numbers and the team members list along with their designations.

  Also tag it with active and non-active status.

• Visit all channel partners at their offices at least twice a month

• Make phone calls twice a week to the entire database and present a pipeline of site visits every Friday to the entire team

• Work closely with channel partner teams and present a revenue number mutually agreed with them for every quarter. Track the numbers on a weekly basis and provide them with updates and suggestions to achieve the numbers.

• Present a sales plan to the management team in consultation with the sales and marketing team at the start of the financial year with a follow up plan for review at the start of every quarter and month

• Review the plan vs. achievement every week with the channel partner teams through a robust MIS.
