Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and play a key role in driving our business success by engaging with potential and existing customers, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded within our diverse industry sectors.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Counter Sales: Demonstrated experience and ability to handle counter sales efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to convey ideas and information clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders is necessary.
  • Store handling: Prior experience in managing store operations, inventory, and ensuring the storefront is organized and customer-friendly.
  • Customer Service: Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products offered and the ability to convey this information to clients.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and suppliers.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by engaging with new and existing customers to identify their needs and suggest suitable products and services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent product knowledge and service.
  • Manage daily operations for sales, including processing transactions, handling cash, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with teammates to reach sales targets and quotas set by management.
  • Maintain the store's visual appearance in high standards and support promotional events as needed.
  • Participate actively in training and development opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Regularly report to management on sales progress and provide constructive feedback on market trends.
