Role Overview: You will be a full-time Salesperson based in Patna, responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, understanding client requirements, promoting interior solutions, and achieving sales targets. Your daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, delivering product presentations, managing negotiations, and finalizing deals. Collaboration with design and delivery teams will be essential to ensure a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions - Promote interior solutions effectively to drive sales - Identify prospective clients and conduct product presentations - Handle negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets - Coordinate with design and delivery teams for a seamless customer experience Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to identify client needs and propose customized solutions - Knowledge of interior design trends or related interests is advantageous - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred),
