Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategies to acquire new customers, presenting and selling properties, and negotiating contract terms. The Salesperson will also respond to client inquiries, provide property tours, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
