Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Saleswoman, located in Pune. The Saleswoman will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks include presenting and demonstrating products to prospective clients, negotiating sales deals, meeting sales targets, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for conducting market research and identifying sales opportunities
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in industrial equipment
• Ability to present and demonstrate products effectively
• Experience in negotiating sales deals and closing sales
• Proactive approach in achieving sales targets and providing after-sales support
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
