Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting client engagements, and promoting Sahyog Fincap’s financial products and services. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, and providing guidance on loan options suitable for their goals. Additionally, the role involves conducting field visits, gathering relevant documentation, and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the loan process. Qualifications Sales and communication skills essential for client engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building Understanding of financial products, preferably in MSME lending, vehicle finance, or two-wheeler loans Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers in semi-urban and rural regions Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of regional markets is an advantage Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
