Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Metacraft Engineering. The role is located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area with some work from home acceptable. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining client relationships, understanding and presenting technical product details, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also be expected to participate in sales meetings, prepare sales reports, and stay updated on industry trends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales and client relationship management
Ability to understand and present technical product details
Negotiation and contract management skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Previous experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
