Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Indore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Sales Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of HVAC and industrial cooling-heating systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
