Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Indore, allowing for some work from home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product information and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additionally, the Salesperson will be expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Strong understanding of HVAC, fire fighting, and industrial cooling-heating products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the HVAC or related industry is a plus
