A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction and Assistance:

• Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Conduct Demo-Cum Counseling Sessions and Convert them to Sales.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.

• Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
• Properly Conducting Demo Sessions and Telling the Importance of Public Speaking Course.
• 
  
• Closing Deals On the Spot in the Session Itself.
• 
  
• Customer Service:
• Address customer concerns and complaints, offering resolutions in a timely manner.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with other Sales Teams and Associates to Achieve Monthly Targets.

Targets to be Achieved:

3x of Your Salary would be Your Monthly Target.

I.e. 60,000 Rs has to be Achieved on a Monthly Basis.

Revenue Parameter and Targets Needs to be Achieved as Per the Company’s Requirements.

Working Days and Hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 12 pm to 10 pm

Saturdays & Sundays: 10 am to 10 pm

Monday Fixed off.

Salary- 2.4 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives (Depending on Target Completion).

Qualifications:

• A degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a sales, technical, or customer service role.
• Knowledge of the product or industry being sold (e.g., IT, education, SaaS).

• The role is essential for driving the company’s revenue by providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring that you meet Your Own Monthly Target.
