A sales associate is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities: A. Customer interaction and assistance: 1. Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs 2. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences 3. Conduct demo-cum counseling sessions and convert them to sales B. Sales and revenue generation: 1. Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products 2. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information C. Product knowledge and demonstration: 1. Properly conducting demo sessions and telling the importance of the public speaking course 2. Closing deals on the spot in the session itself D. Customer service: 1. Address customer concerns and complaints, offering resolutions in a timely manner 2. Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction E. Collaboration: 1. Work closely with other sales teams and associates to achieve monthly targets Targets to be achieved: 1. 3x of your salary would be your monthly target i.e., 60,000 Rs has to be achieved every month 2. Revenue parameter and targets needs to be achieved as per the company's requirements Working days and hours: 1. Tuesday to Friday: 12 pm to 10 pm 2. Saturdays and Sundays: 10 am to 10 pm 3. Monday fixed off Salary: 2.4 LPA (fixed) + incentives (depending on target completion) Required skills: 1. Strong communication and presentation skills 2. Problem-solving skills and the ability to create customized solutions 3. Collaboration and teamwork, working closely with sales and technical teams 4. Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build relationships Qualifications: 1. A degree in business, engineering, or a related field 2. Experience in a sales, technical, or customer service role 3. Knowledge of the product or industry being sold (e.g., IT, education, SaaS) 1. Role purpose: The role is essential for driving the company's revenue by providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring that you meet your own monthly target 2.
