About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across core verticals 2. Conduct high-quality discovery calls to understand client pain points and map solutions 3. Run compelling product demos focused on Onboard, Workmates, and the broader HR suite 4. Manage a pipeline of leads through HubSpot, maintaining clean and accurate activity records 5. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and optimize outreach campaigns 6. Track and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs around demos booked and SQLs delivered 7.
