Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Siliguri, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The candidate will also maintain relationships with existing clients and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction. Regularly reporting to the sales manager and achieving set targets will be essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, client management, and lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed

Salary Range

• Rs.8000/- to Rs.30,000/-
