Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (German-Speaking) to

focus on our German-speaking clients and markets. The ideal candidate is a German

national or an expat partner based in India, with strong language skills (B2 or higher). You

will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and

supporting end-to-end order executionfrom initial contact through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to generate qualified leads in German

speaking markets.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients; follow up on leads to maximize conversion.

  • Support the entire sales process, coordinating internally to ensure smooth order

execution.

  • Communicate fluently in German and English for professional correspondence and

negotiations.

  • Maintain and update the sales funnel, reporting on key metrics such as weekly

leads and conversion rates.

  • Stay informed about market trends and provide insights to the management team.

  • Assist with team supervision and operational tasks as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new qualified leads generated per week

  • Lead-to-conversion rate

  • Regional sales funnel health and revenue growth

  • Quality and timeliness of order execution

Qualifications & Skills:

  • German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).

  • Ideally a German national or expat partner currently based in India.

  • 26 years of experience in B2B salesindustrial sectors (cement, steel, food, wood,

oil & gas, power plants) preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to convert leads into sales and manage the order execution lifecycle.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
