BlueCloud Softech is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce professional to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global client on challenging, enterprise-scale initiatives.

We are looking for a Salesforce expert with overall 9+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years on the Salesforce.com platform.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ (PROS), and FSL
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including triggers, workflows, process builders, batch processes, and database design
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • Strong understanding of version control and CI/CD using tools like GitHub and Copado
  • Solid grasp of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations
  • Experience working in agile environments with relevant methodologies and tools
  • Salesforce Certified Developer or Architect certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage work packages
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Support, Infrastructure, and Security teams
  • Provide expert advice on Salesforce development best practices and design patterns
  • Partner with TE CRM Architects and developers to design and deliver robust solutions
