About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesforce Project Cluster Lead to oversee a cluster of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce, with at least 10+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Architect. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of architects and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a cluster of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Oversee and mentor a team of Salesforce architects and technical staff, providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define design best practices.

Review design, drive POCs

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards.

Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Salesforce.

At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.

Possession of mandatory Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.

Proven experience in leading and managing multiple Salesforce projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Strong Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce technologies.
