About the Role:

Java Full Stack Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of full stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React JS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, and DevOps.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce coding standards.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Handle deployments and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in

  Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture

• Solid hands-on knowledge of

  React JS, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

  .
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Exposure to modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead a team, drive technical discussions, and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in a
