Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Delivery

  : Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices for architecture, scalability, and security.

• Project Oversight

  : Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment, including integration, testing, and performance optimization.

• Team Management

  : Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.

• Custom Development

  : Architect and build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.

• Integrations

  : Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and API integration tools such as Mulesoft.

• Platform Optimization

  : Manage, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce environments, identifying opportunities for improvements in performance, security, and user experience.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements, recommending updates and innovations to keep systems at the cutting edge.

• DevOps & CI/CD

  : Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), ensuring smooth and efficient code management processes.

• Mentorship

  : Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
