Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Technical Lead at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to address client requirements and enhance partner engagement ecosystems. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Analysts, managing Experience Cloud Partner Portals, developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, as well as supporting SIT/UAT activities and optimizing performance. Your expertise in Salesforce development, specifically in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, will be essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to design and implement Salesforce solutions aligning with business requirements. - Manage Experience Cloud Partner Portals, including role-based access, sharing models, external user setup, and secure data visibility. - Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to extend platform functionality. - Support SIT/UAT activities, debug issues, and optimize performance across environments. - Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices for code versioning, review, and deployment to ensure high-quality releases. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration and troubleshooting, including pricing, discounting, and quote management. - Proven proficiency in Experience Cloud and Partner Portals, including permissions, OWD, sharing configurations, and external user security models. - Experience implementing Einstein Bots for conversational automation, case deflection, and guided user workflows.
