Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Provide innovative solutions leveraging Salesforces Force.com capabilities. - Develop custom code using Visualforce, APEX, Java, and other technologies. - Implement best practices for developing, refining, testing, and deploying technical solutions. - Integrate salesforce.com with other systems. - Act as application functionality and technology expert. - Engage in requirements elaboration and clarification. - Involve in architecture & technical planning process. - Develop logical and high-quality code. - Document logical and deployment architecture. - Establish best practices around Salesforce.com solutions. - Ensure technical consistency, performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Work with on-site/off-site developers and perform hands-on Salesforce.com development. - Handle web services API integrations. - Communicate risks and issues clearly to project stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - BS degree or equivalent with 6+ years IT experience and at least 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development. - Strong Object-Oriented Development Skills. - Proficiency in the Salesforce.com development environment. - Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Admin Certification required. - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Advanced Developer Certifications are a plus. - Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Oracle is beneficial. - Demonstrates integrity, authenticity, effective communication, and relationship management. - Thinks creatively, takes initiative, and goes beyond what is required.
