Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for gathering system requirements, conducting analysis, coordinating the design of solutions, and establishing metrics for success. Your role will also involve ensuring that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. Additionally, you will provide detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution, such as data migration, integration, and custom development. You will coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities and maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems. You will also be determining the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development and working closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce. Creating and maintaining development and integration plans will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Gather system requirements and conduct analysis - Coordinate the design of solutions and establish metrics for success - Ensure development projects meet business requirements, end-user requirements, and identify/resolve systems issues - Provide detailed design and documentation of solution components such as data migration, integration, and custom development - Coordinate onshore and offshore teams for development support - Maintain high customer satisfaction through delivering high-quality solutions - Determine scope and effort estimates for all development - Work closely with business partners to maximize Salesforce capabilities - Create and maintain development and integration plans Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like LWC, React Js, or Angular JS - Knowledge of Server Side languages such as Java, PHP, Python, Nodejs - Understanding of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL - Experience working on live projects or creating projects Additional Company Details (if available): You should possess soft skills such as being a team player, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
