Position Overview

Salesforce Architect/Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership:

  Lead the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical roadmap, specializing across

  Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud

  or

  Marketing Cloud.

• Solution Translation:

  Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform.

• Design & Documentation:

  Develop and own architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, data models, high-level, and low-level design documents for all new features and enhancements.

• Technical Governance:

  Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for configuration, customization (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows), Integration, and DevOps.

• Specialized Implementation:

  Architect, oversee, and drive complex implementations within the chosen specialization (Manufacturing Cloud or Marketing Cloud), ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party enterprise systems.

• Integration Expert:

  Design and support complex integrations using API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP services, and middleware platforms.

• DevOps Guidance:

  Guide and champion modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and robust release management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  610 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and successful implementation.

• Cloud Specialization:

  Strong hands-on expertise in either Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Platform Expertise:

  Deep knowledge of core Salesforce platform capabilities, data modeling, security models, and sharing rules.

• Development Proficiency:

  Strong working knowledge of declarative tools (Flows) and programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).

• Integration Skills:

  Proven experience designing and implementing complex REST/SOAP integrations, middleware solutions, and API-led architecture.

• DevOps:

  Experience with CI/CD tools, release management, and DevOps best practices for the Salesforce platform.

• Soft Skills:

  Exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proven experience in effective stakeholder management.
