Description
As a Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager with over 10 years of experience (with 7 years specifically in Salesforce) located in Jaipur, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and capabilities. You should have hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and cloud, enabling you to fulfill a 50% Salesforce architect role. Your role will be a mix of technical architect and people manager, allowing you to effectively manage teams as project and people manager. Additionally, you should be able to comprehend the enterprise architecture from the perspective of Salesforce. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations. This understanding will help ensure and manage stable operations while implementing new capabilities. On a daily basis, you will provide project governance throughout the life cycle, manage risks and issues, and propose/drive corrective actions. Collaboration with governance bodies and sponsors will be essential to ensure alignment with expected outcomes. You will also play a crucial role in translating the client's business objectives into technical requirements, covering all aspects of functionality. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead and guide technical teams during various project phases, including design, coding, unit testing, and deployment. You will be expected to demonstrate technical leadership and influence outside of your immediate team. Code reviews to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices will be part of your routine. Your role will also involve developing high-level architecture designs for current and future state solutions based on business requirements and value propositions. Experience with managed packages, AppExchange apps, and tools will be crucial to your success. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will need to manage interactions with various stakeholders globally. Your educational background should include a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Alternatively, a master's degree and up to five years of experience may also be considered. As a candidate, you should possess a bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience leading large-scale projects, with hands-on experience in managing Salesforce projects. Your primary skills should include knowledge of SFDC Admin configuration and customization, Apex, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Integration (REST), and Salesforce Lightning (Aura, LWC, JavaScript). Secondary skills such as troubleshooting, issue identification, SCRUM, PD2, and Architect certification would be a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and in-person work location.,
