Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 4-6yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura , along with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration , Apex programming , and system integrations . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework. Develop and maintain Apex classes , triggers , and batch jobs , utilizing both synchronous and asynchronous Apex techniques. Work closely with administrators and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Collaborate in the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware, and other integration tools. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes. Qualifications: Proven experience with LWC and Aura components. Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and platform capabilities. Proficiency in Apex programming , with experience in both synchronous and asynchronous processes (e.g., Future methods, Queueable, Batch Apex). Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external services, etc.). Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile team environment. Strong communication and documentation skills.
