JD_SalesforceTechLead –Sr Consultant/Manager -(Face to Face Round is Mandatory)

Responsibilities Of Role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Tech Lead/Architect to join our team in Mumbai as a Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing solutions across sales, service, and data cloud domains within the Salesforce platform. Additionally, experience in handling integrations with backend systems is crucial for this role. While not mandatory, familiarity with the aviation industry will be considered advantageous.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders' requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Hands-on development as needed, including customization, configuration, and Apex coding.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and backend systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience And Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on architecture and design.
  • Proven expertise in designing solutions across sales, service, and data cloud domains within Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security controls.
  • Experience handling integrations with backend systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (CAA) are highly desirable.
