We are seeking a

seasoned techno-functional consultant

, coupled with expertise in

API integrations

with platforms like

Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Bot platforms

.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact Center Transformation & AWS Expertise


  • Lead and support

    cloud contact center transformation projects

    leveraging

    Amazon Connect

    and related AWS services (

    Lex, Pinpoint, Transcribe, Comprehend, etc.

    ).

  • Provide

    solution architecture expertise

    for AWS-based contact center solutions.

  • Ensure best practices in

    scalability, security, and cloud-native design

    .

  • API Integration & Technical Solutions


  • Design and develop

    API-based integrations

    with

    Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Bot platforms

    .

  • Deep understanding of

    REST APIs

    , integration patterns, and middleware solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless

    end-to-end system integration

    .

  • Client Engagement & Problem Solving


  • Analyze

    customer challenges and business requirements

    , providing

    tailored solutions

    .

  • Assist in solution implementation, pre-sales, and delivery of

    cloud contact center solutions

    .

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through

    AWS-powered digital transformation

    .

  • Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work with

    technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients

    to drive successful implementations.

  • Ensure smooth project execution, risk mitigation, and optimal resource utilization.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to

    teams on AWS best practices and architecture

    .


  • Required Skills & Expertise:

    Strong understanding of contact center technologies

    Good to Have:

    AWS Solution Architect Certification
