Salesforce Security and Development

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Security & Developer professional who has strong expertise in Salesforce security frameworks, secure development practices, compliance (HIPAA/PHI), and hands-on experience across Salesforce Clouds and development technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure secure design, development, deployment, and monitoring of Salesforce applications while supporting business-critical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and FLS.
• Perform secure data querying using SOQL/SOSL and contribute to scalable data modeling.
• Develop secure and optimized components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce Shield, platform encryption, audit trails, and event monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, PHI, and other healthcare security/compliance standards across Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.
• Follow best practices for secure code management, version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Support business process automation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including org-wide defaults, sharing settings, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning development.
• Proficiency with SOQL/SOSL, data relationships, and secure data design.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield, event monitoring, and encryption.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and security compliance in healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), change sets, Copado, or other CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
