Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Functional QA professional with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and end-to-end functional testing. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with business and technical teams to validate Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
  
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
  
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and business users to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.
  
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  
• Proven experience in Functional QA and Testing for Salesforce applications.
  
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, validation rules, and automation features.
  
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to CGC (Consumer Goods Cloud) and SFA (Salesforce Automation).
  
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
  
• Understanding of CI/CD and test automation frameworks (optional).
