"Ozaah Technologies Pvt Ltd" is looking for a QA Test Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. We are seeking a detailoriented professional who can ensure the quality and reliability of our products through manual testing, API testing, and effective defect management using Jira.

Role & responsibilities

- Assess software quality through manual testing and API testing across web and mobile applications.

- Execute welldefined test cases, analyze results, and validate product behavior against specifications.

- Identify, document, and report bugs and glitches using Jira, ensuring clear communication with development teams.

- Create detailed logs to document testing phases, defects, and test execution results.

- Collaborate with product design and development teams to understand testing parameters and requirements.

- Write and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for new and existing features.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform rootcause analysis, and support teams in resolving defects efficiently.

- Ensure all testing procedures meet company and industry quality standards.

- Prepare comprehensive test reports for management and stakeholders.

- Contribute to improving testing processes and streamlining QA workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Knowledge in Manual Testing (functional, regression, smoke, sanity).

- expertise with API Testing tools such as Postman.

-Strong in SQL Queries and knowledge in Data testing.

- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA,ADO.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.

- Ability to write clear and structured test documentation.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
