Salesforce Release Engineer

As a Salesforce Devops Engineer at the company, your role involves designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Flosum for automated testing, validation, and metadata/data deployment across all Salesforce environments (sandboxes, UAT, Production). You will be required to define and enforce a disciplined Branching Strategy (e.g., Gitflow) using GitLab or similar version control tools, managing merge requests, and resolving deployment conflicts. Additionally, you will administer and configure various tools supporting Release Management, including GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and JIRA, ensuring seamless integration with the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and resolving complex deployment issues promptly to ensure the stability of the Salesforce Platform and minimize downtime. Furthermore, you will manage and execute all release activities, including creating detailed release plans, coordinating with development and QA teams, and executing production deployments. You will be responsible for performing and managing Sandbox Refresh Activities across multiple environments and ensuring all quality gates are met before deployment, including minimum Code Coverage and security checks (e.g., SCA).
