Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and execute Salesforce release processes, ensuring efficient and controlled deployments across environments.
Implement and maintain DevOps practices specifically tailored for the Salesforce platform.
Utilize the
Flosum tool
extensively for source control, continuous integration, and deployment automation within Salesforce.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the release pipeline and reduce deployment risks.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during the release and deployment cycles.
Ensure adherence to release management best practices and governance.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with
Flosum tool
for Salesforce DevOps and release management.
Strong understanding and practical experience with
DevOps principles
in a Salesforce context.

Good to Have:

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Salesforce Release Management best practices.
Domain understanding in Sales & Service.
