Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance. - Possess Salesforce Administrator certification. - Hands-on experience in testing various Salesforce functionalities including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, etc. - Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards, as well as knowledge of Tableau CRM. - Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
