Kotak 811, is committed to providing equal employment opportunities Role: Salesforce Production Support What we need  3 years of experience in L1/L2 Salesforce production support or administration.  Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.  Experience with Apex debugging, SOQL queries, and Lightning components troubleshooting.  Familiarity with Salesforce security model, data management, and sharing settings.  Experience with Salesforce api integrations debugging  Experience working with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.  Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools (Developer Console, Workbench).  Knowledge of Change Management and Deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado).  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Excellent communication skills for user support and issue resolution
