Title: Salesforce Platform Developer

Location: India 100% REMOTE

Duration: Long Term contract

About the Role

Salesforce Platform Developer

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Apps

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain
integrations
between Salesforce and external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
, middleware, or platform events.
Develop and optimize
batch processes, triggers, and automation flows
.
Implement
best practices for code quality
, version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure quality delivery and performance optimization.
Participate in
code reviews
,
UAT support
, and
production deployments
.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and platform capabilities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy
custom Salesforce applications
using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce
, and
SOQL/SOSL
.
Work with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into
scalable technical solutions
.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years
of hands-on experience in
Salesforce platform development
.
Strong proficiency in
Apex (classes, triggers, test classes)
,
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
, and
SOQL/SOSL
.
Experience developing in
Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud
.
Strong understanding of
Salesforce security, data model, governor limits, and sharing rules
.
Experience with
APIs, REST/SOAP integrations
, and
middleware tools
(MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Knowledge of
CI/CD tools
like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
Familiarity with
Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and managed/unmanaged packages
.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in
computer science, Engineering, or related field
.
Salesforce Platform Developer I
certification required.
Platform Developer II
or
JavaScript Developer I
certification preferred.
