Job Title: Salesforce OMS Developer-Vasureq

Location:

Offshore

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce OMS, Lightning components, and integration frameworks, with a strong understanding of order lifecycle orchestration and fulfilment processes. This role will contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of OMS solutions tailored to complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Salesforce OMS solutions, including Order Orchestration, Fulfilment, and ERP integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain Lightning components, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Implement REST API-based integrations with external systems and platforms.
Optimise data models and workflows for performance and scalability.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices in security, sharing rules, and permission sets.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Support L2 enhancement and maintenance tasks as part of ongoing delivery

Required Skills & Experience

4 - 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in Salesforce OMS projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Process Builder

Proven experience in Salesforce Order Management System (SOM), including Order vs Order Summary handling

Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Vlocity CPQ, and Omnistudio is a plus.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and middleware platforms.
Solid understanding of order-to-cash, inventory, and fulfilment processes

Exposure to industries such as Telecom, Retail, or Automotive is preferred.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, or Order Management Developer are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
