Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

The Marketing Cloud Technical Design Architect at Novartis DDIT, Hyderabad, plays a key role in translating business requirements into IT solution design specifications. You will collaborate with business customers and Strategic Business Partners to analyze demands, propose solutions, and provide funding estimates. Your responsibilities include contributing to technology delivery, leading Rapid-Prototyping engagements, ensuring on-time delivery of engagements, engaging with SI Partners, and driving enterprise-grade Solution Design and Architecture. You will also be responsible for DevSecOps management, following industry trends, ensuring security and compliance, and enhancing user experience. To qualify for this role, you should have a university degree in a business/technical area with at least 8 years of experience in Solution Design, including 3 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Marketing Cloud certifications are advantageous. You must have practical knowledge of Marketing Automation projects, Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations, data modeling, AMPScript, SQL, and Data Mapping. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and tools that integrate with Marketing Cloud is preferred. Experience in managing global Marketing Automation projects, knowledge of Marketing automation concepts, and familiarity with tools like Data Cloud, CDP, MCP, MCI, Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, MDM, and Snowflake are required.
