Job Description

Role

  • Maintain, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support Mastercards marketing ecosystem.
  • Manage integrations between Pardot, Sales Cloud, and other marketing platforms, systems and tools.
  • Manage the migration from multiple Pardot, HubSpot, and Marketo marketing automation platforms to a single enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Develop and implement custom data extensions, automations, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
  • Design and execute personalized customer journeys and automated campaigns using Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing operations to analyze and define requirements, and to develop migration plans and implementation strategies.
  • Provide training and support for marketing and sales teams on best practices and system usage.
  • Ensure data accuracy and develop strategies for data cleanup and deduplication.
  • Assist in analyzing sales and marketing performance data to drive strategic decision-making

All About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Have significant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications and other related Salesforce certifications.
  • Be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Data Extensions.
  • Be familiar with integration patterns, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce, middleware, and RESTful API integrations.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Ability to create and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud reports and dashboards.

Desirable Capabilities:

  • Background in B2B and B2C marketing operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Pardot, HubSpot and Marketo marketing automation platforms and their integration with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance considerations in Salesforce development.
