Job Description

Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Developer
Industry: HR Services / Talent-Technology sector supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations for recruitment, HR operations and talent management. This on-site role based in India focuses on building scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that power internal HR workflows and customer-facing HRTech integrations.Location: On-site — IndiaRole & Responsibilities

Design and build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable front-end patterns aligned with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers and SOQL queries to implement business logic while adhering to governor limits and best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or platform events and implement secure authentication patterns.
Optimize component and server performance, implement client-side caching and reduce API/DB call overhead for high-volume operations.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality deployments and rapid iteration using SFDX and Git-based workflows.
Troubleshoot production issues, prepare release notes, and collaborate with product owners and QA to deliver stable releases on schedule.
