Salesforce LWC developer

As a Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Developer in the HR Services / Talent-Technology sector supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations for recruitment, HR operations, and talent management, your primary focus will be on building scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that power internal HR workflows and customer-facing HRTech integrations. This on-site role based in India requires you to design and build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable front-end patterns aligned with Salesforce Lightning Experience. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries to implement business logic while adhering to governor limits and best practices. Integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or platform events, and implementing secure authentication patterns will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable front-end patterns aligned with Salesforce Lightning Experience. - Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries to implement business logic while adhering to governor limits and best practices. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or platform events and implement secure authentication patterns. - Optimize component and server performance, implement client-side caching, and reduce API/DB call overhead for high-volume operations. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality deployments and rapid iteration using SFDX and Git-based workflows. - Troubleshoot production issues, prepare release notes, and collaborate with product owners and QA to deliver stable releases on schedule.
