Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant. Responsibilities include implementing and customizing Salesforce Education Cloud solutions, working closely with clients to understand and meet their requirements, and integrating Salesforce with other systems. The role involves conducting user training, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated with Salesforce best practices and new features.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Salesforce implementations, Salesforce Education Cloud, and CRM customization
• Proficiency in data management, data migration, and ensuring data integrity
• Experience in project management, client communication, and user training
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stay updated with Salesforce best practices and evolving features
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Salesforce certification is a plus

Experience: 5+ Years (4+ years in Education Cloud – Mandatory)

Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM IST

Budget: ₹60K – ₹90K per month

Work Mode: Remote Contractual

Must Have:

✅ Education Cloud (Salesforce.org) – 4+ Years Experience

✅ Experience Cloud / Sales Cloud expertise

✅ Active Salesforce Certifications (EDA / HEA)

✅ Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder or Architect certification
