Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Specialist responsible for driving deployment excellence, offering technical guidance, and contributing to the design and implementation of Salesforce DevOps solutions across global enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct research and provide insights on Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, Tooling API, and data modeling.

* Resolve deployment-related issues and provide strategic solutions to clients.

* Validate new feature integrations for Salesforce deployments within the Opsera platform.

* Develop sample Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and metadata for testing.

* Define and review branching and deployment strategies tailored for enterprise clients.

* Advise on Salesforce CI/CD implementation best practices and optimization techniques.

* Identify technical challenges early and communicate them in simplified terms to broader teams.

* Collaborate regularly with senior stakeholders to align goals, provide direction, and ensure project success.

* Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Design Leads to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality deliveries.

* Engage with global clients, ensuring effective communication and technical alignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

* 5–9 years of Salesforce experience, with a focus on DevOps practices.

* Proficient in Salesforce/SFDX CLI, ANT, and Workbench-based deployments.

* Experienced in designing Salesforce deployment and branching strategies.

* Strong understanding of version control and deployment methodologies.

* Exposure to CPQ/CLM data migration processes.

* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

* Effective communicator with excellent client relationship management skills.

* Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones and cultural boundaries.

* Prior experience working in hybrid team structures (employees, vendors, consultants).

* Broader IT understanding, including security, infrastructure, and application lifecycle.

Preferred Certifications:

* Salesforce Administrator

* Platform Developer I

* Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
