About the Role:

Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage
CI/CD pipelines
for Salesforce environments.
Automate deployment and release processes using tools such as
Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or Jenkins
.
Manage
Git-based version control
, branching, and merging strategies.
Ensure data integrity and synchronization between sandboxes and production orgs.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline
release management
.
Monitor environment health, troubleshoot deployment issues, and optimize system performance.
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, deployments, and release schedules.
Support and enforce best practices for DevOps, testing, and continuous integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years
of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Salesforce Development with a DevOps focus.
Hands-on experience with
CI/CD tools
like Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of
Salesforce metadata structure
and
deployment mechanisms
.
Proficient with
SFDX CLI
,
Salesforce APIs
, and
Change Sets
.
Experience with
Git
,
Bitbucket
, or
GitHub
for version control.
Good understanding of
test automation frameworks
and
release governance
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Salesforce certifications
(Administrator / Platform Developer / DevOps Center) preferred.
